Recruiter Interview 1. The recruiter was very rude. She was very disrespectful and down plays your skills and experience. She talks like compass.com is the only company with jobs. She speaks very loudly on the phone and over powers the conversation. She does not listen well - likes to talk your ears off 2. The recruiter does not understand the job requirement or ask 3. Very bad experience with compass.com. I do not recommend this compass.com company
