Had 3 interviews with Compass representatives (screening, team member, team lead) which led up to an excel assessment/case study and panel interview to present your analysis. I have to say the team at Compass was very smart and enthusiastic about their work! However, after submitting my assessment prior to the final round of interviews, I was ghosted for about 2 weeks with no correspondence from the company - I then reached back out to be told that the role had be closed. Thought it was very odd considering I wasn’t given the chance to present my work to the panel. I did try to get some feedback in my interview performance and excel assessment and did not receive an answer. To me, it feels like the talent team may have dropped the ball somewhere.
