Straight forward but unlike other brokerages, Agents must be vetted by current COMPASS agents to ensure they're compatible with the values of the company. Some agents, despite their massive production, would not get hired if they fail to meet the ethical and collaborative standards set for all Agents who work here.

The whole process was seamless, and professional, I met with 3 people on different teams and the head of sales. Everyone was professional and engaging. I had two rounds in person.
