I applied on indeed.com, and I was called about my application a few days later. I was scheduled for a phone interview the following week, which consisted of me doing a mock phone sale, where I had to demonstrate that I could sell a storage unit to a customer over the phone. I went to the in person interview which was with two, of whom I could only assume were regional managers of some sort. It was only about 30 minutes, they seemed really interested, they had me fill out a paper application before I left and that was that.
