Seventeen weeks is a long time, and we recognize that. One of our core values is centered around continuous improvement and we continue to strive to do better, ensuring we are not only hiring the right person for a particular position but also being respectful of that person’s time. Many positions at Composites One are cross functional, and because of this sometimes our interview process is also cross functional. We want our potential new hires to meet with several individuals across the organization so that we can ensure we are hiring the person best suited for that role and of equal importance, to help the potential candidate assess if we are a fit for them.
