Only had to have one interview with three people all at the same time. Asked my background in IT and what skills I possessed. The interview was at least 1 hour long. Asked me if I would have a problem with working three days, 12 hour shifts with four days off.

Interview is straightforward, as long as you are know what you are supposed to do in the job then it is easy but it is hard for new graduate without any work experience
