I applied directly via their website. The interview was easy, conducted by two people in English and lasted about 30 min. Also, as I'm not a native French speaker they asked my a few questions in French.
At the end there was a short test to assess you general IT knowledge.

Very nice Interview in a very relaxed athmosphere. Not many pressure questions as I experienced in other Interviews. I can really recommend the hiring process of this company! very nice people!
