Initial screening call with recruiter went well. Was invited to a second interview with hiring manager, again it went well. Was called back by recruiter to say I would be getting a final technical interview and expect a call to arrange. After that it all went downhill. I didn't get any call backs, When I spoke to recruiter, I was continually told various excuses and then ghosted.

Excellent interview process. Highly motivating and open to all kinds of prospects. Would highly recommend it to all who need the attention they deserve. An easy, transparent and open to all age levels.

1st stage interview with hiring manager - competency based plus presentation 2nd interview was with Senior Leader within the department via VCU and the hiring manager General questions around experience, my passion for what I do, how I could see my career at CC progressing.
