Applied online. Got a call to come down for an interview and language quiz. First the quiz - got it done in 5 minutes, HR lady reviewed it in 20. :) After that had an interview in Romanian, than English. Realized I speak better English than her. :) I passed. Had the second interview with the Project Manager. Piece of cake.
