Interview
Initial communication was an email for an interview, located at the building they use, but on the ground public floor.
You would fill out some paperwork, wait, then talk to a Tier 2 support or Quality Control Rep they had brought in to screen for technical skills.
After I had met with my interviewer, they told me they would call or email me back if they wanted to hire me.

Question 1
Various computer questions, I was overqualified so nothing stuck out, but the Quality Control person I had interview me was nowhere near as thorough as the interviewer next to me (who funny enough would become the supervisor over me on night shift) who was much more in-detail about network troubleshooting steps, if you had built a computer before, and etc.
Mine mostly consisted of talking about my experience, and pointing out parts of a computer on a sheet of paper.

Quick standard discussion with a recruiter ended up with a meeting with one of the support team leads.
The TL meeting was laid back, more like a coffee meeting than a technical interview.
