After submitting my resume via email, I was invited to interview in the office I would potentially be working at in Milwaukee. I interviewed with three people and was invited for a second interview at HQ in Rockville. I interviewed with four people there. I was soon to be a recent graduate at the time. The first question they asked me was "What do your parents do for a living?" This didn't sit right with me or seem professional. I would say this threw me off and that carried through the rest of the interviews. The third person who interviewed me also asked this question. This may have been a part of their company culture, either way it was not a good fit for me. I was told I would be taken out to lunch, but was driven back to the airport after the fourth interview. I received a letter a week or so later letting me know that they would not be offering me a position but would keep my resume in their records.
