Interview

I went through 4 separate interviews over the course of a year. HR, HR, Operations, and Technical. Very easy process if you are a fit for the job. You will find out quick if you are not who they are looking for. The company is very HR focused, and successfully so.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Computronix (Lakewood, CO) in Nov 2015

Interview

Initial interview with HR, focused on personality-gauging and general questions. Second interview was technical interview with Tech Leads. Heavy focus on SQL, as database is the focus of the job. Secondarily would've been valuable to know other web dev technologies. I was rusty on SQL but they worked with me and were very forgiving. They wanted to see an eagerness to learn. Third interview will be with the VP of Operations and Operations Manager (not yet completed.)
