Interview
Lengthy interview process, 1st interview - phone screen with HR, 2nd interview - in person interview with HR manager, 3rd interview - technical interview with lead engineer and manager, 4th interview - didn't qualify but was told it would be the final interview. Process took little over a month. Feedback - start with the in-depth technical interview first to avoid wasting time.

HR interviews - behavioral based, explain a time, type of questions, talk about your experience and how it relates to the job. Technical Interview - lots of questions regarding automation/scripting in cloud environments such as Azure, provide scripting examples on how you would do XYZ, looking explanations that show a deep knowledge of cloud automation.

Worked with a recruiter to set up an interview. Scheduling was a bit difficult (the time kept moving), but they were flexible. The first round interview with HR touched on behavioral, some work history, and technical experience. The interviewer said the next steps would be an additional 15 minutes tech assessment followed by a technical interview.
