Applied various times and the computer wasn't picking my application. Until finally got selected for an interview. The trick is to Taylor your application to each job so that your qualifications can match as much as possible.
The interview was about 20 open ended questions related to leadership, safety, industry knowledge and management skills. There were 2 interviewers and a few yes/no questions. The interviewers did ask followup probing questions on the safety and ethics related questions.
pretty normal application process. My zoom interview was me on camera, but the guys interviewing me didn't turn theirs on. So I spent 90 minutes talking to a blank screen
