I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Con Edison (Bronx, NY) in Apr 2018

Interview

It was an in-person interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Two Con Edison employees asked me a variety of questions based on a packet they brought as well as questions based on my resume. After the interview, they maintained contact with me until they offered me the position.
