Took a long time to get called back after applying online. I got called in for an in person interview with what would be my future manager. After the interview i got called back a week later to take a physical (drug test) and went on for orientation.

Interview
Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
