Pretty simple interview, basic interview questions and lab safety questions. Had two interviewers on my Microsoft Teams interview. If you prepare for the typical behavioral interview (tell me about yourself, interests, why this company, role), you'll be fine. Just do some research on the utility industry and Con Ed.

Very simple behavioral interview with no technical questions whatsoever. Interviewed by manager and assistant. Questions were simple and to the point, and they opened up options for questions for them afterwards.
