I was just curious what the interview and testing process was like. I am schedule to take the test however I am unaware what to expect further than the test prep! If anyone can help I’d be thankful.

Very straightforward. Does include general questions about why you are pursuing this line of work among many other aspects such as time sensitive decision making questions, past work experience inquiries and strength/weakness questions.

Interview
Very friendly and relaxed. Pretty much your generic personality and experience questions. Two guys who seemed that they worked in the department were asking me questions. We even exchanged a good amount of jokes. Very pleasant interview
