Interview
I had to take an aptitude test which tested math, reading, and grammar. After passing that, you are tested on how you interact with a customer over the phone. This is a recorded interaction which is then reviewed. Once you pass that segment, you are called in for an interview. The interview consists of various behavioral questions. It's fairly simple.

Interview
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.
