I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online and received a phone call for an interview about 2 months later. Went in for a first round interview and met with one past Gold Associate. All behavioral questions this round. About a week after the first round I was called back for a second round interview that would take place the next week. The second round was a bit more technical and they really expected you to show knowledge on utilities and show a lot of personal initiative examples. They ensured me I would have a response in roughly 30 days. I did not hear from them after 5 weeks and it took a lot of pestering HR to finally have an answer. I understand that there a lot of candidates, but its extremely unprofessional to continue to ignore a job candidate.

Interview
Skipped over the phone interview. They just called me to invite me to come in person. Interview was pretty straight forward, asked questions from a packet they had to fill out. It was two separate interviews asking my questions at the same time. They told me they'd reach out within 2-3 weeks to let me know if I got to the second round or not. It has been over 2 months and haven't heard anything. I even emailed the lady from HR who set up my interview and got no response. If you are going to promise feedback to candidates you should follow through. I am assuming I didn't get it, but very unprofessional.
