I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Con Edison in Mar 2023
Interview
A long process. First part is a 6 hour test with 6 parts which they give you a review packet of the first 5 parts in your email. Make sure you review this. Its multiple choice on the computer. The questions are not necessarily difficult its that you are being timed that makes it more difficult. The 6th part of this is a customer service interaction just reading something over. If you pass this then they will then call you back in for the next part which is a word and excel test. this is about 4 hours. This is on the computer as well not multiple choice. You are given instructions and follow instructions to complete the task. If everything above is complete then lastly is the interview which is about 60-90 min.
