      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Con Edison in Nov 2010

      Interview

The phone Interview and the two person panel Interview were fairly situational, behavioral, and a brief technical interview. I was interview on the bases of my educational background, which was electrical engineering so the questions were fairly simple. Most technical questions was the distribution of electrical power and the known how. After I passed the two interviews, I was ask to fill out the Hogan Personality assessment and depending on there you will be selected with a job offer or not. In my case I was declined an offer based on the assessment. The whole process took 5 months. October was the first phone interview and beginning November was the on-site interview, then the abasement was on February so be prepare for the long wait time.
