Interview
One phone interview followed by a formal interview with the prospect boss and supervisor. The questions were essentially behavioral questions. they asked about my past experience, sometimes they did the same questions but with different words. Overall they were easygoing and not aggressive at all

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
