The interview takes about 1-1.5 hr, The first part is yes or no question, and the second part is all about behavior questions something like "what if..." "describe a time...." :how would you...."

I had to take an exam on a computer at ConEdison’s learning center which contained four parts; skills test which is everything you learned in the first two years of electrical engineering or 3/4 material in an associates level degree (you must have a passing score to move on to the next parts), then a basic math exam, read comprehension, aptitude and reasoning.
