Interview
3 interviews: 1) Phone Interview with Recruiter (30 min.), 2) Phone Interview with Hiring Manager (30 min.), 3) Panel Interviews with 5 Interviewers (3 hrs.).
After submitting my application, I heard back in a few days. Interviews were mainly behavioral questions, which makes sense for entry level jobs; however, I would have preferred to utilize the time speaking about my resume, relevant experience for the role I'm interviewing for, skills I have that I could leverage for the role, tactical questions, or a case study. I felt that I was asked the same questions worded slightly differently multiple times. The interviewers were friendly and did a great job answering my questions.
I didn't receive much feedback when I finally heard back from them. The reason they provided for not extending an offer was something I discussed in the 1st 2 interviews, so I am not sure why I moved onto the final round if they were looking for someone with more experience in that area.

Spoke with a Sr. Financial Analyst via telehpone who screened me through to an interview with two finance managers. The second interview was two 30 minute WebEx interview back to back. About two weeks later (Thanksgiving in the middle may have slowed this down) they got back to me. In terms of the questions, it was all behavioral questions - how are you working to meet goals? Example of teamwork? etc.

Interview
Got a call after my career fair asking to interview on campus the next day. Two 30 minute interviews with different levels within the company. One table was a manager and an associate and the other was a VP and an associate also. Very laid back and quick interview process which helped make the situation and decision to accept very simple.
