3 Interviews with multiple people, drawn out over 2-3 weeks. Basic interview questions. ConAgra is usually pretty good at moving their internal candidates up/around. Depends on who you get as in interviewer, but some were more conversational, but others were just standard interview questions
Applied online, was contacted by HR about a month later. Two phone screens (HR and then Hiring Manager), followed by a half day of 30 minute interviews. Generally they were all behavior based, "tell me about a time" questions.
