Grueling day long process of having a total of five interviews with various people within the organization. They obviously have a list of questions needing to be asked so they divide and conquer. It was a very long day.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conagra Brands
Interview
It was an interview that lasted 30 minutes. It was very behavioral analysis focused. Asked questions like what I did in certain situations, and remembered what I said and asked me to continue upon what I was asked. Very detail orientated. Two people interviewed me and were very friendly. It was hard to judge their reactions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (West Lafayette, IN)
Interview
I did an on campus Interview with ConAgra and the man interviewing me was answering phone calls, checking his phone repeatedly, he kept looking at the wrong resume (as in someone elses) after I repeatedly told him this which was mine and even offered him another copy. It was awful. I understand when they are on campus they do several interviews a day, but he was really bad. Needless to say I did NOT follow up with them.
