Interview
Very short process. It took me two interviews. In all seriousness, it does not require a four year degree and even stated that in the description. I am competent with a four year degree so they did the wise thing and hired me. Was not a tough interview whatsoever. Going forward, I would shoot for a higher level job, if they like you, they will always try to make room for you somewhere else, never know what will happen.
Very standard. First you have an HR screener call, then meet with the hiring manager, and then the final round is a panel interview. Nothing super surprising or out of the norm.
