It was really easy if you average in English, they ask only simple questions to understand if you are able to frame sentences and communicate in English. No tough questions are asked.

Very straight forward, simple, easy to understand and overall a positive experience for me. They asked about hypothetical situations and how you'd handle them. Also asked about availability and I had to take a typing test as well.

Tell me about a time when a customer was upset and what you did to change that.
Telephone interview with a recruiter followed by a one stage in person competency based interview with one or more hiring managers. Also a short written and numerical test. Feedback provided the following day by phone call.

Straight forward interview with basic questions. The usual in any interview no need to complicate things and just answer based on your experience. It took 15 minutes over all on the final interview.
