Was easy. Quick phone interview was hired on the spot. Asked me a few quick questions over the phone and I was offered the job. I wouldn’t stress over it they need a lot of people for this job and people quit left and right when they realize they don’t wanna be on the phones all day
The interview process was fast paced. Usually within a week or two. Expectations dont linger for too long as you get responses and updates on eachstage.Typing test is crucial with other English and cognitive tests

Interview
It was virtual and easy after getting through series of test. You need to be very fast while writing the test so that you can move to the next stage of the process.
The interview process so far has been great .The recruiters are eager to help with friendly helpful attitudes. I get my start date tomorrow and look forward to a long career with this company.
