There was an Online interview. A video of you answering some hr questions like around 5 questions then a short mock call an opening and closing script was provided. A simple call guide. There was a written exam also. An exam testing your listening skills and a speed typing test measuring words per minute

Easy interview, Friendly people, got hired the same week, started 2 weeks later and spent 2 years there. Low pay but good environment. Now is not webhelp anymore, it is concentrix.
Great , everything was very straight forward. Excited to start. Can’t wait!!!!!!! From the time the interview was sent out I was led with straight directions. Not only was each email filled with information, if I had any questions I could easily answer.
