I waited for 2 hours before I finally had my interview. The interview alone finished faster than I thought. It was a group interview and 6 people are inside of each breakout rooms

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
