Very straightforward and easy. You're pretty much offered the job on the spot. The interviewer asked me about my previous experience (honestly I feel that was just for formality). There is a strict background check process.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
