The interview good and very well until the final interview when the hr called me and say that the minimum requirement for this project is degree holder, even you have 5 years experience they still want the minimum requirement. it makes be feel breakdown since i really need that job and they not state in the job ads that degree is the minumum requirement. but still they all are nice guy.

The interviewer requested if the applicant is willing to be exposed to unsafe content in moderating content
The interviewer also discusses prior jobs and skills to bring to the company

I got a phone call to confirm the details of the job and asked if I wanted to move forward to in-person interview. After the interview, I had language assessment through phone call by the third party.

Quick, efficient and sincere. It was a good experience. All the information is shared transparently. I was pleased to attend. All my questions were answered openly with professionalism. I was even reminded the details I should have asked and that was helpful to shape my opinion.
