Phone call 30 minutes long basic questions, just be super friendly and positive! Especially for customers service roles to meet certain goals it you don’t get the job. They will give you details about the job ask you it your okay with it, by the end you should know is you got the job

What was the hardest decision you had to make your life and how did you go about it?
We began by discussing my resume. I explained my past roles, highlighting the experiences most relevant to this job. I tried to connect my skills to what I knew the company was looking for. When they asked about challenges I had faced, I used specific examples to show how I problem-solved, worked with a team, and learned from mistakes.
in person interview was easy met with recruiter, then there is a training program you have to go through they will hire mostly up to 20 people at a time no experience needed
quick and easy wasn't hard nice friendly, seem like they have there stuff together.
excited to learn and add new skills to my resume.
