Interview
Single Teams call followed by slow and inconsistent communication. After I confirmed availability and salary in EUR and then in BGN, I was told I’d receive feedback by EOD on 24 Oct. No reply arrived. Instead, I later received an automated rejection email from the company system. Throughout the process, emails sometimes arrived late at night, and the tone in the video call felt casual to the point of unprofessional. Promised timelines were not respected, and there was no direct feedback despite being explicitly requested. Overall, the experience did not reflect a professional hiring process.
