Concentrix Sales Trainer & Account Manager interview questions

The interview process was pretty terrible as I'd applied for 2 positions in their company. One was for a Sales Trainer role in Malaga and the other was an Account Manager role in Barcelona. I received an email 2 weeks ago from their recruitment specialist in their people team saying "I came across your CV on our database following a previous application to our company and am wondering if you are still interested in working with us, as I believe you could be a good suit to the role I am recruiting for." I replied back saying I was interested in having a discussion regarding this role and also to discuss the sales trainer role I applied for but never got a reply back. I then sent 2 more emails after that one over the space of 2 weeks and received no reply. I tried to call the number in the recruiters e-signature and got no answer. 3 emails and a few phone calls and no response. I called their support team who I ended up being on the phone for 20 minutes with to be told that their database has not got my cv and the only way to resolve this is to send an email or support form to their people team to get back to me. Even though the recruiter who sent the initial email is from the people team so I didn't bother with this.
