Concentrix UI Designer interview questions

Tigerspike initially reached out to me with kind words regarding my work and asked if I would be interested in hearing about a design role that had opened, after looking at the company I couldn't say no. The following week I jumped on the call with one of the recruiters, who instantly made me feel at ease and the conversation felt very much like a chat rather than an interview. The second stage was with one of the senior designers and more about the technical side of design along with a presentation of a portfolio piece. Like the first, this was pleasantly more of a chat than an interview but they clearly had immense knowledge of the industry and it was a joy to pick their brain and get feedback on my work. When being told I had not made it to the next stage (which a lot of companies don't even bother to do), it was a phone call which was a nice touch and made it a lot more personal. During this call, they were kind enough to supply me with loads of feedback and even educational resources which I can't praise or thank them enough for. The overall experience was a delight, and I simply can't fault it. I hope all my future interviews will be conducted like this, keep doing what you are doing Tigerspike!
