I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Concora Credit (Beaverton, OR)
Interview
Phone Screen, Easy exam, then multiple rounds of interviews. Questions weren't that hard but the communication between interview rounds was awful. I constantly had to email the recruiter to see if I was still under consideration. I made it through to the final round (about 2 month long interview process), and I was sent a copy and paste rejection email after 2 months of talking to the recruiter. They don't care about you at all. The personality/situational questions seemed like a drag to all interviewers. The vibe I get from this company is a very cutthroat culture. Stay away
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concora Credit in Oct 2023
Interview
Got a referral and then a screening call was scheduled. The first round was a general round plus a case question. Made a calculation error and was not contacted about the role further.
