Phone screen was general and I got the invite for the 2nd round interview. The lady manager that I talked to sent out an invitation thru Google, with a link to a video call (Google Hangout) and NO address to the location which indicated as "conference room". So I automatically think that it will be an online interview with a video call, which is very common in nowadays. On the day of the 2nd interview, I tried to join the video call for at least 20 minutes but nobody responded. I sent out an email asking if everything is okay and I would like to reschedule if they're too busy for the scheduled time. She responded to me saying the meeting was for an onsite interview and they will be not be moving forward or rescheduling...... I mean, if it was the onsite interview why can't she just send out an ACTUAL address but instead with a link for video call to confuse the candidate with such misleading information??? The manager is really unprofessional, she tried to blame me for not showing up to an onsite when she never mention it was an onsite interview and no address provided but misleading information.
