I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concord (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Initial contact was by a recruiter. We set up a 30-40 minute phone screen by her, which was a review of the position, company and how my background was a fit. This was followed by a 1:1 meeting with the Hiring Manager the next day. The meeting with the Hiring Manager probed my analytical background and also my knowledge of open-source technologies. Later that day, I was informed that my experience did not align with what they were looking for. I appreciated the fast interview process and detailed feedback.

The problem:
Users want to ensure they have a smooth process for executing contracts. Companies can have complex workflows and often rely on many people to finalize a contract, so it can be difficult to know where bottlenecks are in their process. Propose a solution where users can easily see how long documents have been in each stage, so they can see if there are issues in their internal process. Additionally, consider how Concord could suggest improvements to address these bottlenecks.
