Set an interview time and then showed up 10 minutes late and unprepared. Was super disorganized and seemed really scattered. I got the distinct impression that they hadn't interviewed anyone before.

Received request for a phone interview. After a couple of emails, we had set up a time but then I was ghosted. No response to my following up email to see if another time was preferred since the woman did not show for the scheduled call.
