Interview
The initial interview was via phone call and then I was brought in to the office for an in-person interview. The interview was casual and was more of a brainstorm, but it ended up being an hour and a half which was not prefaced and extremely long for this position level. I was interview by 2 different people and it felt like the first hour was stalling until the second person was available.
