I was told the interview process would be 3 rounds but it ended up being 4 interviews which seemed a little repetitive. I was given constant positive feedback and was ghosted after the 4th interview! If candidates are interviewing for weeks the least you can do is let them know they were not picked. The folks I interviewed with got progressively more rude and seems disengaged.
