It was seamless over zoom. It was pretty casual with questions about experience and interests but also the freedom to go back and forth about music and get to know each other.
Sent in an application through the website, shortly thereafter received an email from HR for a phone interview, had a phone interview with HR (pretty relaxed), had a phone interview with my future bosses

During HR interview, was asked for availability and other logistical things. Was given an option to choose which department I would be interning under (based on which departments needed interns.) During interview with bosses, they asked me about myself and my interests among other topics.
