Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in person interview with the program director and an instructor. After that I had a virtual interview with someone from HR where I answered about 12 essay type questions, and then I also had an interview where I presented a topic of my choice to a room full of educators and then showed my actual experience skills to the program director.

Three interviews with a recruiter then leadership and then leadership again. It's very relationship building focused, sales focused, student focused. They give you a test or activity to do that tou have to send back and it has scenarios you have to write answers in short paragraphs
