The interview was great. It started with test. Typing, math and English. Then we speak to a recruiter once we passed. The recruiter was down to earth and kept me informed of my status all the way through. The interview started with the basics, like tell me about yourself, then proceeded to scenario based questions based on customer service. Then she had be read a passage to see how i enunciate my words.

Interview was fast-paced. Got asked common interview questions: "what does customer service mean to you?" "name a time you had to help a customer who was upset"...etc Interviewer was respectful and allowed me to answer questions without talking over me.

Application, assessment, phone interview, final interview with hiring manager. Final interview started with introduction, overview of the role, behavioral questions then Q&A. Time frame for the whole process was two weeks and got the offer call 2 days later
