First applied online. Then received an e mail to schedule a phone interview with a talent acquisition team member. After my first phone interview she told me she thought I would be a great fit and she then set me up a WebEx interview. I then completed the web interview with one of the unit coordinators. She was very sweet and invited me to come in and shadow the next day. When I came into shadow everyone was so nice. I was supposed to just be observant......but I like to get my hands dirty so I decided to put myself to work lol. I shadowed for 3.5 hours and at the end was offered a position.
