Cone Health Weekend Social Worker interview questions

I applied online and received a request the next day for a phone interview. I selected a time that worked best and then was contacted by a recruiter. The interview lasted about 15 minutes - it was very one sided and not conversational. It seems like they are just looking for answers to pass on to a hiring team.
