The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Confiz (New York, NY)
Interview
Unprofessional behavior and no procedure or process is followed.
I got call from hr that you have been shortlisted we will share hackerrank assessment with you to attempt and then they shared hacker rank assessment which was total waste of time as it has stupid questions like finding max,min and avg from an array.
After hackerrank assessment i was called again and told that you have cleared your hackerrank now we will schedule your first technic interview and at no time i was told about the company or the process of hiring i.e what is the process like how many technical and other kind of interviews are there.
Anyhow at technical interview the interviewer had made his mind to negate every thing i say whether its right or wrong i got that impression of his during the first 30 minutes of that lengthy 1 hour interview.
I did well because he asked all typical questions and didn't bother to talk about technology or stack in particular that i worked on.
He asked questions which are asked for intern or junior level developers.
Anyhow after that 3 or 4 days passed they didn't get back with any result so i texted the hr to atleast tell whether you guys are moving forward with my application and in the reply the hr said did i say we are not moving forward with your application? I will get back with the result of hackerrank as soon as i get response from line manager
So they didn't even know that i had cleared the hackerrank and was asking about my technical interview round so i told her i was asking about my technical interview round.
They said they will get back at day end which they didn't.
Day after this i received email that we aren't moving forward with your application.
So all i got from this horrible experience is that this company is unprofessional and they take interviews of multiple people for a single position and in the end they move forward with those people who demand tje least salary.
I will advise everyone working in a good company not to waste their time here
I applied online. I interviewed at Confiz (Islamabad, Islamabad) in Mar 2026
Interview
It's nice to build a temporary relationship with the interviewer but it didn't happen here.
It was a dry interview.
Interviewer didn't speak clear english, kept video off and I had to ping him to check if he was attentive.
After 15min of technical conversation I was told to share the screen. After that he kept pasting the code (DSA) in the chat and asked me the output.
No feedback no followup conversations or questions
Interview was average, got frustrated mid way.
